Overview:
Our client is looking for a highly driven 360 Recruitment Consultant (Business Development Focus) to drive both client acquisition and end-to-end recruitment delivery.
This is a BD-first role with the opportunity to build and shape your own desk, develop new client relationships, and grow alongside the business.
While our client is currently active in sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, and eldercare, they are open to other industries if you have the network and expertise to bring in new business.
This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial who wants the upside of building something from the ground up, with the potential to grow into a General Manager / leadership role as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (Primary Focus)
Identify and engage potential clients across various industries
Drive outbound outreach (calls, meetings, networking) to acquire new business
Develop and grow your own client portfolio
Understand client hiring needs and position tailored recruitment solutions
Build long-term partnerships and manage commercial discussions
Recruitment Delivery (360 Ownership)
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to placement
Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels
Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations
Ensure strong candidate experience and successful placements
Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned to your clients
Desk Ownership & Growth
Take ownership of your vertical/industry focus
Contribute to shaping processes, strategy, and market approach
Support the growth and scaling of the recruitment function

Commission: Negotiable, based on placement fees generated monthly

Job requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in recruitment agency / staffing with exposure to both BD and delivery
Proven ability or strong interest in client acquisition and revenue generation
Existing client network is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and Singapore employment regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work with autonomy
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields
CEI (Basic) Certification required
