Position Overview:

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong backend or frontend expertise to drive high-impact special projects that are core to our company's growth. This role sits at the intersection of technical execution and innovation, you'll build and prototype products from the ground up, taking ownership of initiatives from initial concept through production deployment.

As a key technical contributor, you'll collaborate directly with leadership, product, and engineering teams to deliver solutions that demand both velocity and technical excellence. You'll create proof-of-concepts that evolve into production systems, architect scalable solutions, and make technical decisions that shape our platform's future.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of high-impact special projects from concept to production, owning technical decisions and delivery timelines

• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and leadership to define scope, prioritize features, and execute rapidly on strategic initiatives

• Transform ambiguous business requirements into concrete technical solutions, creating prototypes and MVPs that validate assumptions quickly

• Architect database schemas, data models, and storage solutions optimized for rapid iterations

• Build integrations with internal systems and external partners, including RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party service connections

• Proven experience in fullstack engineering with backend or frontend expertise.

• Solid understanding of API architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.

• Experience with React and TypeScript for frontend development.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and incident management.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  The following would be nice to have:

• Prior experience in fintech, blockchain, or high-traffic SaaS platforms.

• Knowledge of security best practices for API development and deployment.

• Experience with microservices architecture.
