Job description

Product Manager — Data & Analytics

Location: Remote, with GMT+8 working-hour overlap required
Reports to: CEO
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Opportunity

Nodeworthy is supporting a Web3 technology company that helps blockchain projects execute large-scale token-distribution and ecosystem-growth campaigns.

The company is expanding its digital-asset infrastructure and developing new data and intelligence products. We are looking for a Product Manager to own a product area end to end—from converting leadership direction into a clear roadmap to working closely with engineering and using market and user research to guide product decisions.

This is a high-ownership role for someone comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve and complete information may not always be available.

What You’ll Own

Product Strategy and Roadmap

  • Own and prioritise the product roadmap based on user needs, commercial objectives and available data.

  • Translate leadership direction into clear product priorities and delivery plans.

  • Evaluate trade-offs and make sound prioritisation decisions with incomplete information.

  • Define and monitor metrics that measure product adoption, performance and business impact.

Product Development

  • Translate product requirements into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and actionable delivery plans.

  • Partner closely with engineering and data teams to define clear, technically feasible requirements.

  • Guide products and features from problem definition through development, launch and iteration.

  • Ensure stakeholders remain aligned on product scope, objectives and delivery expectations.

Research and Discovery

  • Conduct market, competitor and user research.

  • Turn research findings into actionable product and positioning recommendations.

  • Speak with users and stakeholders to identify pain points, workflows and unmet needs.

  • Convert feedback into well-defined product improvements rather than standalone feature requests.

Product Operations

  • Establish lightweight processes for product discovery, prioritisation and delivery.

  • Maintain clear product documentation and decision records.

  • Improve visibility across product progress, risks and dependencies.

  • Support a distributed team working across technical and commercial functions.

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular coordination with internal team members and external stakeholders who primarily communicate in Mandarin.

  • At least 3 years of product management experience.

  • Experience in crypto, fintech, data, analytics or developer tools is strongly preferred.

  • Strong interest in digital assets and familiarity with the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.

  • Demonstrated experience shipping products or features from problem definition through launch.

  • Strong written communication and the ability to create clear, structured product documentation.

  • Comfortable working directly with engineers and discussing technical or data-driven products.

  • Strong ownership, sound judgement and the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity.

  • Able to work remotely with meaningful overlap during GMT+8 working hours.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience at a cryptocurrency company, exchange, fintech business or analytics platform.

  • Familiarity with data products, APIs, dashboards or data infrastructure.

  • SQL literacy or experience using analytics and business-intelligence tools.

  • Experience conducting user research with technical, institutional or B2B users.

  • Experience developing blockchain intelligence, attribution or campaign analytics products.

Application

This is a confidential search managed by Nodeworthy.

To apply, please submit:

  • Your CV.

  • A short write-up of no more than 300 words selecting a data or analytics product you know well, identifying one area you would improve and explaining how you would approach the improvement.

  • A portfolio or examples of previous PRDs, if available.

Shortlisted candidates will receive further details about the company and opportunity directly from Nodeworthy.
