Job description
Location:
On-site - Singapore
About The Company:
Our client is building a next-generation asset-issuance protocol for event futures, where outcomes trade as liquid tokens and resolve with asymmetric, uncapped upside. By turning real-world and onchain events into programmable financial assets, the protocol introduces a new primitive for event-based speculation and continuous price discovery. The team is focused on building mobile-first, consumer-grade infrastructure that enables users to express conviction, hedge scenarios, and trade shifting probabilities throughout the lifecycle of an event.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior / Mid Software Engineer (Growth) to support the protocol’s go-to-market engine and growth initiatives. This is a pragmatic, high-impact role for engineers who are comfortable working across the stack to unblock growth. You’ll build backend services, internal tooling, partner-facing integrations, and lightweight frontends that directly support distribution, partnerships, analytics, and campaign execution. You’ll operate in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift quickly based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain backend services supporting growth, campaigns, integrations, and analytics
Translate non-technical GTM requirements into well-scoped technical solutions
Ship functional internal tools, dashboards, and partner-facing pages when needed
Serve as a technical point of contact for partners, handling documentation, debugging, and integrations
Work closely with growth and product teams to unblock go-to-market execution
Identify efficient paths to solving problems and ship high-impact solutions quickly
Job requirements
2+ years building production-grade web applications using Golang, Python, or TypeScript
Strong API design skills and backend fundamentals
Experience working in crypto-native environments or supporting GTM / growth teams
Comfortable working with SQL / PostgreSQL and onchain data
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows
Ability to context-switch across backend, frontend, data, and partner-facing work
Comfortable operating with autonomy in fast-moving startup environments
Nice to Have
Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or partner-facing interfaces
Exposure to real-time or event-driven systems
Prior experience supporting integrations or external partners in Web3
