UI Designer (full-time / contract / part-time)

Location: Remote, core hours in Singapore (GMT+8)

Operating at the intersection of crypto, capital markets, and insurance, the protocol serves sophisticated market participants from DeFi power users to institutional allocators. The team is focused on creating a high-signal information layer that educates the market, communicates protocol developments clearly, and positions onchain reinsurance as a credible, investable category.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a UI Designer to help shape the core trading interfaces of a complex, real-time product. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to transform rough concepts and existing flows into refined, production-ready interfaces across web and mobile. 

This role requires strong visual craft and the ability to design intuitive experiences for data-heavy products. You’ll play a key role in defining the visual language, interaction patterns, and design system that power the protocol’s trading experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine production-ready interfaces across core trading surfaces

• Improve usability and visual hierarchy across complex, data-dense views

• Develop and maintain a scalable design system for a real-time product

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to bring features from concept to launch

• Create UX flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new product features

• Explore and implement new interaction patterns that improve trading speed and clarity

• Strong UI and visual design skills, with attention to layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy

• Experience designing complex or data-heavy products such as trading platforms, analytics tools, or dashboards

• Ability to design clear, intuitive interfaces for real-time systems and dense information environments

• Comfortable designing non-standard components and interaction patterns when needed

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly

• Curiosity about crypto, trading products, or prediction markets (prior Web3 experience not required)
