Position Overview:

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong experience in mobile application design to lead the user experience and visual direction for Mobile. In this role, you’ll craft seamless, high-impact mobile experiences tailored for crypto traders, ensuring every interaction feels fast, intuitive, and delightful. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and the broader design team to shape the next generation of decentralized trading on mobile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for Mobile from concept, wireframes, and prototypes to final high-fidelity designs.

• Design intuitive, mobile-first user experiences that balance simplicity, performance, and functionality.

• Work closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility, responsiveness, and pixel-perfect implementation across iOS and Android.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user flows.

• Develop and maintain a consistent design system that aligns with the brand identity.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align design goals with business objectives.

• Stay current on emerging mobile UX trends, DeFi app design patterns, and Solana ecosystem developments.

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on mobile app design (iOS and Android).

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Demonstrated experience designing for fintech, crypto, or other data-rich applications.

• Strong understanding of interaction design, typography, and visual hierarchy.

• Familiarity with mobile design systems, animations, and motion principles.

• Ability to translate complex trading or blockchain concepts into simple, user-friendly interfaces.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
